Annualized Turnover

Newbie here. Interesting site.

Is there a way to find strategies that have low annualized turnover. I’m talking average holding period of months to years? Can’t seem to find that in the filters.

Seems like most (all?) the high performing strategies involve high frequency trading and I’m weary of the ability of an investor who is being front run by the trade leader to make money in a high frequency trading setup.

I don’t think there is a filter for it, however, on each strategy’s home page you will find the average trade duration in the Statistics tab.

Good question. I think the best way to analyze this (albeit a slower process), is to shortlist the strategies you are interested in, and then look through their ‘closed’ trades so far, to get a picture of the turnover/frequency.

Statistics
Look at the “Avg trade duration”.

The market became very chaotic and changing every second nowadays. Why should holding trades period of months to years?
