Has anyone else experienced this, just realised C2 showing fills on my account that are false. Since 1st June to today I have had numerous fills that are not in my brokerage account !!!
Biks - We can help you more easily if you send a specific email to the help desk with all the details:
- What strategy you are talking about
- What specific fill you think is incorrect on your C2 track record (symbol, time/date, price)
- Why you think it is incorrect
Matthew - I have emailed helpdesk as well as my broker. There are various false fills ( order not even placed) since 1st June. My decent record has completely been corrupted.
We’re in contact with your broker and we sent them detailed logs so they can investigate the duplicate fills.
