Hello fellows . Im new to collective and trying to connect my system with no luck. Can you tell me if \*QCLK5 or \*CLK5 or … would be correct symbol for may crude contract.

Hello Vitali, click on this link to see symbols. I am showing a couple different contracts available, maybe the one you are trading has low volume, so is not available. Globex I believe closes for an hour each day.
