For the past 13 hours, I’m getting the response of “C2 is being upgraded” when trying to call the requestTradesOpen endpoint of the v3 API. Anyone else having this issue? Has support stopped for v3? ---

I tried to get equity data using v3 API “retrieveSystemEquity” (just a minute or two ago) and received Status Code: 503 “C2 is being upgraded” message. ---

@MatthewKlein - today again **No bid for this instrument** errors are happening with market orders via API v4. Could you please check? This is recurring too often now I am sure this is not just an API issue but a system wide one, because momentarily I also saw price as 0 on web UI ![image](https://canada1.discourse-cdn.com/flex028/uploads/collective2/original/3X/8/5/85213174c0d36f8a7342c02bb05a9abe2e247d98.png) Assuming this is a data outage at your end, I am also wondering why a data outage should block market orders ( or any type of orders for that matter), especially on systems that have auto traders. I can understand it can be an issue for simulated trades. ---

You traded the Sept. contract. MNQ rolled over to Dec. on the 14th. Surmising that’s the reason for error. ---

Not really, contract expires tomorrow ( third friday ). Trades did go through yesterday on the subsequent attempt. I would say, ideally the data outages on c2 should not affect the orders for at least the systems that has autotraders.
