Hi, do you have some wording in your contract that only normal individuals can trade my system, and not hedge funds unless I give them permission?
Do I need to e-mail out a separate contract with my subscribers to sign say that they are not part of a larger fund, and if they don’t sign it, kick them off the system?
I eventually would like to manage an account for a hedge fund and if needed get my CTA.
