Do you now register a customerâs country by the location of their IP address? If so, that could be the reason why I was incorrectly registered as a non-USA customer. I live in Missouri, but auto trade through Interactive Brokers, using a virtual private server provided by MyHosting out of Toronto, Ontario.

We do use IP address, but yours is coming through as a USA IP. Actually, I think the problem was a software bug that crept in with the introduction of the new AutoTrade Control Panel (it treated everybody as non-American, unfortunately). The problem is now fixed. I am very sorry for the problem.
