# Issues with fils

We have noticed that fills for trades placed at current prices go unfilled until we send and email to support bring this to their attention. This seems to be a recurring problem and is proving to be quite annoying. Not to mention the confusion it could prove for subscribers.

As I wrote to you in a private email, you are using the wrong symbol. You are using the pit-traded symbol, which is traded only during daytime hours.  
  
  
  
If you want to trade at night, use the electronic exchange symbols. That will prove to be much less annoying for all concerned.
