# Looking for a developer to help code strategy

I am interested in back testing a few strategies to develop into trading systems and would like to hire a developer to help code. I have over twenty years of experience in the financial markets but zero experience with programming.  
  
  
  
I am happy to work on an hourly or project basis. I am open-minded as to which system to use in order to back test based on individual programmer’s comfort and experience although i do have access to Fidelity’s Wealth-Labs platform which uses .NET.
