Manually override autotrade orders

Hi,



TradeBullet autotraders: if they disable AutoSync in TB they can send/modify orders at any time. The only caveat is manually entered or modified orders will be ignored by C2 (else a client who moves a stop/limit would cause everyone else to fill at unfavorable prices).



Generation 2 autotraders (BulldogFX, OEC, etc): this is not possible at this time but we are working on it. It should be available soon.
