# New C2 account, same broker

Hi all,  
  
  
  
I’ve abandoned my previous C2 account. (some issues with email addresses and other non C2 related things) I don’t know how to login to that account anymore due to email issues but I do know I’m not subscribed to any system with that C2 account.  
  
  
  
I’ve have this C2 account now and would like to subscribe to a system but it says my broker account is in use by another user (ofcourse that is my previous account)  
  
  
  
How do I solve that issue without changing my broker account number?
