# Please close expired position

Hi Matthew,  
  
Can you please close the follow expired position for my system Kauai:  
  
DQNVZ DEPO Oct09 2.5 put  
  
I noticed all other expired Oct '09 option positions were closed appropriately today, except this one.  
  
Unfortunately, it seems for open positions the trouble ticket screen only allows me to communicate a problem with opening the position, not with closing the position, hence I’m bringing the problem to your attention this way rather than filling out a trouble ticket.
