Problem with C2 processing merger incorrectly

One of my systems owned a position in RAF which was merged into RAP.

C2 processed the merger by simply bringing the value of the position to $0.

The way it should have been processed is this: the original RAF shares should have been replaced by shares of RAP at the rate of 513 for every 1000 plus my system should have received a cash dividend of $0.22 per original share.



I have been emailing support since August but have neither heard back nor seen the problem fixed. As this creates a problem for my system I’m looking for suggestions on what I may do to resolve it.
