ESZ9 orders cant get thru just pending status

Will it ever end?  
  
cant even enter stop order

I think the problem is now fixed. Please try again. You may need to shut your browser and re-login.  
  
  
  
(Tech note: We had a problem today because we needed to restart memcache, and some session data was cleared.)

As I am writing this note I had the same issue of stop order not getting thru, then on 2nd attempt i was able to close the position with market order at unfavorable price/
