System vendors can now issue "rebuttals" for reviews they disagree with. System vendors (and only system vendors) will see a link appear under each review of their system. The link says: "Issue Rebuttal."

I would like to suggest to system vendors to use this feature wisely. This is not an opportunity to discredit anyone that just doesn’t like the system or makes a factual negative statement. Rather, it should be used to clarify situations or incorrect statements. Think civil and not a chance to start an arguement.
