Surprised to see so many new accounts the last day signing up for this strategy, which has already wiped out. What am I missing here?

I’ve clicked on a few subs names then they are new accounts created within the past few days. Perhaps friends and family subscribing to boost the ratings and get the community talking (like has already). All publicity is good, type of mantra. Maybe hoping for a few newbies to jump in and pay hoping for the next big thing and fortune
Any explanation why the C2-Score is at 99.9?
