# Service Unavailable

When I’m trying to getsessionid.  
  
I get response Service Unavailable due to Unknown abuse from requesting IP.  
  
How can this be avoided ?

I am very sorry but It was completely my fault.  
  
I was trying to use C2DS API and I was missing "/cgi-perl/xml.mpl" in a URL.  
  
Right now everything is working.
