# Statistical Error on system Seeking Light

Dear Matthew, please correct the worst open drawdown on trade number 30742290, system Seeking Light. We have a 80 pips stop loss on the trade, there was no way the open drawdown could have gone to -216 pips. As I type this the trade still survives the stop loss. Thank you.

I would like to investigate and fix your problem. In order for me to do so in the most efficient way, I need to ask you to report the problem using our automated trouble ticket.

How to fill out a trouble ticket:  
  
  
  
1) Log in to your C2 account.  
  
2) Go to the trading system in question.  
  
3) Immediately above the trade details, you’ll see an area that says: “What this page displays.” Make sure you turn on: "Report problem links."  
  
4) Now, every executed trade (or unexecuted pending signal) will display a little green question mark. Click the question mark to report a problem with a fill.  
  
  
  
Please take a moment to report a problem using this feature now. That way, I will be able to service your request immediately.
