I apologize for the 3+ hour system outage on Thursday, May 20.  
  
  
  
My ISP guarantees 99.9% uptime. I am not a math whiz, but I’m fairly sure that 3 hours of downtime in the course of a month is less that 99.9% up. I know that doesn’t help those of you frustrated by lack of access this morning. So I apologize. I will investigate ways to prevent this in the future.
