What is the standard C2 turnaround time to process a missing fill after I submit the missing fill report (by clicking on the trade adjustment icon)?
I reported a missing fill today at about 14:15 Eastern Time and it is still not fixed.
The correction of missing fills is critical to my ability to properly manage a trade portfolio on Collective2. In addition to not properly displaying my returns and drawdowns as they actually happened, I am held hostage from entering a closing order until the initial fill shows up.
Can you commit to a declared processing time to correct missing fills?
