I look at the Leading Trading Strategies
sort by gains and found:TwistSTM3 as new first on the list (yes i am there next too)
https://collective2.com/details/90483537
with 100% DDD and point where the account is $-107,021
how this system can gat alive and mimik Real life trading??
if i trade the same system with real money when i get to “0” the game is over
so 1382.4% is not real…or i miss something?
as far as i understand a 100% DD is lost system and can’t start again like less DD systems…
thanks
second question:
when you see this:
Chance of 10% account loss 100.00%
Chance of 20% account loss 100.00%
Chance of 30% account loss 100.00%
Chance of 40% account loss 100.00%
Chance of 50% account loss 100.00%
how could system with 100% DD get C2 high score - it unbelivable that c2 score ignore 100% DD
and other bad risk-reward parameters
C2 Score = 95.2
In my Leading strategies list sorted by gains you are on 1st and 2nd places.
And system you mentioned above has dd of 54.7%. Interesting.
It’s more strange - the data change every hour ??
Yesterday the data was i said before.
The system was with 1382% gains and 100% DD
It’s good that i capture rhe screen.
Anyway if you Check the Risk of ruin you still see 100% the chance to 10-50% chance of account lost
So how the system on sanday have totally another numbers from the day before??
?
C2 Score could be many things but i think its can’t ignore risk parameters which are the most important factor that people sometimes ignore.
We should Trust in something. some people trust God, some use C2 score
i trust myself only (90% of time).
Tsvika, I can verify the stats for TwistSTM3 are as you indicated because I checked the system a few minutes after your post. As I recall it also had an intra-day drawdown of around -$132K at some point. I was amazed the system had functioned with negative net equity over some days.
However, when I checked back a short time later the system had “magically” transformed to its current state. I also saw some outlandish stats for Genefish Hong Kong a short time after the system was re-scaled a while back so maybe a C2 software bug is responsible?
Guys -
Nothing mysterious going on here.
When Tsvika made his post I examined the stats and trading record, and I saw that there were a handful of forex trades that had quantities that were not possible. I manually went back and removed the erroneous quantities. I am currently looking into how the quantities were generated. (I don’t yet have an answer, but will communicate directly with the strategy developer.)
On a more general note: even though trades on C2 are labeled as hypothetical, I consider it my responsibility to ensure that all trading records are as accurate and realistic as possible. When I see something that is obviously the result of either a data import error, or some other software error, I try to take quick action to bring the track record into line with reality. Tsvika’s original post brought this to my attention.
