Contacting vendors

What is the best way to contact vendors, apart from PM-ing them through the "contact vendor" link on their system page?

Some answered promptly some did not answer at all after almost a month.

When someone is PM’d, they also get an e-mail sent to an e-mail address. So, any vendor you contact is being notified twice: once when he receives the e-mail, and the second with the little blinking envelope on C2, showing there is a message.



I would say if you don’t get a response, just move on to a different vendor.
