newbie question: What does this error mean? Where do I enter my email address? The C2 Signal Entry API help page does not mention where I should place my login email address but I guess it has to be given somewhere to match my password.
Also the example given in the C2 Signal Entry API help page is:

I suppose it should be:
http://www.collective2.com/cgi-perl/signal.mpl?cmd=signal&
systemid=1234&pw=abcd&instrument=future&action=BTO&quant=5&
symbol=@ESM4&duration=GTC
