I’m excited to follow this! Have you been trading this system yourself? I’d love to know what kind of long-term returns you’ve seen, whether real or backtested. What inspired you to create it?

Here is an important metric that C2 should consider adding to the stats of every system, the average maximum drawdown per completed trade.

After earning good money the first two weeks, this system, as you can see,
lost all of its profits this week, and I just found out why.
I am a control freak and a perfectionist, so last Sunday I tried to improve the quality
of the trading signals, even though the results were already excellent and the system was
fine.
So I started playing with the all the parameters and indicators used by the system.
After hours of testing I discovered that changing the value of the parameters
is useless, the system was already optimized.
Unfortunately, I totally forgot to reset one the parameters to its original value.
As a result all hell broke loose, and the system started generating false signal after false signal!
It’s like changing the value of a simple moving average, if its value is too small (say a
2-period moving average instead of a 200-period moving average) and you are using this small average to trend-follow the market, then you will get nothing but noise and tons of false buy/sell signals.
The size of the stop and the position sizing were also negatively affected by this stupid error.
I couldn’t believe what was happening, as the system never behaved that way.
I knew something was wrong but I couldn’t put my finger on it, so I decided to trust my system
and follow the trading signals faithfully, even though the losses continued to pile up.
The current total loss is $2906 (29.8% of the starting capital) and, fortunately, I have no
paid subscriber at the moment (only C2 members in SIM mode), so nobody was hurt.
Anyway, lesson learned, if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!

Whoa!! RESET!!
Reset so the extensive C2 stats properly reflect your algo and not a glitch/mistake. Be GLAD you dont have active subs right now. I re-optimize monthly but am open to updating parameters in the early weeks if testing results are much improved. I’ll be testing your ‘advice’ this week on ain’t-broke since I made an algo update that should dramatically increase my RR. I keep checking the numbers since its such a boost with slightly higher risk.
After reading this I’ll be back. Gonna go check the numbers AGAIN… 
P:S: I also dont fault you for not touching the system. You should never manually fix algo behavior, - fix the algo! Sux that you missed the parameter but our eyes sometimes ‘see’ what they want to see. (Why arent ‘working’ values the defaults?)
seems change of the parameters is not that useless if one change crashed the system.
Looks good. I only suggest RESET because if you NEVER have a drawdown as high that 51.1% DD will still sit there skewing results forever. Ughhh. And regrettably that DD isnt a product of the current algo so its not even a warning to potential subs.

Useless means the testing I conducted last Sunday (Oct 13) did not give me any new and meaningful information, moneywise, as far as this system is concerned.
