I’m surprised that I cannot find a page here with some basic info about how accounts work. The FAQ has some very useful info, but I would expect something more complete and detailed. At the moment my question deal with margins
Info like:
* What interest does C2 charge when you borrow to buy with margin accounts?
* What interest is paid by C2 on uninvested funds? Or do they simply sit unused?
* What is the initial margin rate in C2 I’m guessing it is 50% for stocks.
* What is the maintenance margin in C2? Is still 50%? Or perhaps 25%?
I have seen a couple threads about margins, but it would be great if this sort of info proactively presented, not something that must be requested in the forums.

Margin stuff is probably the area where C2’s market simulation is least realistic. Thus: we don’t charge interest when you borrow; we don’t pay interest on uninvested funds.
For stock positions, the initial and maintenance margin is 50%.
