Okay I got it. Was there a technical reason for any of the changes? I understand software vendors have to keep changing things so that they can sell people marginally different versions of the same program. That’s their business model like it or lump it. For a non-software vendor the only reason to change as I see it would be to accomodate mobile platforms. In my experience if you fiddle with something that works at some point it will break.
