ESU8 wnet right through
QHO, QNG, etc. (electronic NYMEX) did NOT go through.
How can I determine which C2 symbols correlate with which OEC symbols?
That is an EXCELLENT question that I’ve trying to get answers to for a while now. There is quite a difference between OEC symbols and C2’s. Where IS that list?
OpenECry (OEC) Demo accounts do not support all symbols that OEC Live accounts support. You need to ask OEC which symbols their demo supports. I’m afraid I do not know off hand, as their list does seem to change often.
Regarding Live OEC accounts, OEC supports all C2 symbols that I am aware of (except for European futures).

My question about the LIVE account is how to correlate C2 and OEC symbols, since they are many times different.
For instance, what is the C2 symbol for RSM-MU8 (an OEC symbol for Russell 1000 Index Mini)? I tried typing it is just like that and many other variations at the order entry window and C2 did not recognize it.
So where is the list of OEC-C2 equivalents?
Alas there is no such list where, knowing an OpenECry symbol, you can search for a C2 symbol. However, if you know what the OEC symbol represents (i.e. if you know that you are looking for - for example - the Russell 1000 Index Emini), then you can look up the C2 symbol on C2’s Futures Symbology page:
