Old positions in a "Killed" system

I have 3 systems on C2 one (Orion1) of which I killed a year ago. It still shows up under my systems with very old positions in it. Of course, the performance is pretty poor since I’ve not done anything in it lately. How do I get rid of it or at least the positions it’s holding?

Hello Jeff,

While we can’t remove any systems from the database (part of the rules of the game we need to support for regulatory and compliance reasons), you can certainly choose to “kill” old systems. See:

I "Killed" this system about a year ago. It still shows existing positions and current performance. How do I get rid of existing positions and current performance??

Once a system is killed, you can close any position.

Try using the "Close All" button on the top right side of the Open Positions list on your Order Entry page. I think that allows you to exit all open trades even after a system is no longer supported.

That worked. Thanks. Is there any way to have my position close out on the date that I killed the system?

One of my positions, “NSTC” no longer exists and the site won’t let me close it. Any thoughts on how to do this?
