Hello customer service… my profile picture won’t update. As a matter of fact, any updates I make to my profile are extremely slow to occur…if they occur at all. To the point, QuickTrade is not a name in my profile anymore…changed over a year ago, yet the name QuickTrader and profile picture still comes up when I post a comment here. Not sure why this is the case…profile updates should be a very simple and instantaneous process!
