Quote Feed Down for 7 Minutes

I apologize for this morning’s glitch: the C2 quote feed experienced an outage for about 7 minutes this morning, at approximately 9:40 am.

The good news is that the C2 software is designed to “backfill” and correct all quotes that were mis-priced or that failed to fill when the quote feed went down. Please allow the software a few minutes to correct everything. If after a few minutes you notice an incorrect fill (or a missing fill), let me know and I will look into it.

I apologize for this morning’s inconvenience. I have been working hard on improving operations and system reliability, and this morning’s outage (while brief) was a disappointment.
