Yeah, though my point wasn’t if that indicator is accurate or not. My point was, if indicator indicates something, it doesn’t mean lack of that indicator indicates opposite of that something.

Absolutely.
An RSI indicator not in the oversold zone, for instance, is not an indication that the market is currently overbought, and vice versa.
