Another point no one has mentioned. "skin in the game" is meaningless since about 90% of all traders, trading with their own money will fail.
Another point, some traders will perform better without "skin in the game".
I believe that Matthew said a while back that ALL Gen1 fills are ignored for statistics purposes, whether they are from the vendor or not. They are very easy to falsify.
