Hi all,
I’m a relatively new manager on here. My question:
C2 asks for TIN/SSN to receive W-2 and process payment for tax purposes. Is this personally identifiable information stored locally on C2 servers, or handled by an SSL encrypted 3rd party entity. If so, what company is providing this service?
We have already had information compromised before, so I’m wary of providing until I understand C2’s policy for protecting our information.

We keep your TIN/SSN in our corporate database, in a data center where we keep other sensitive information. We take security seriously. We restrict the people at our company who have access to this (and other) information.
