If you make 101% in 20 years it will be only 20k total in 20 years, not a million.

101% is his 20 year cagr according to his blog.

101% per year during 20 years? Hard to believe, but anyway it would be much-much more than a million in 20 years.

I believe 26% annually is enough to get from 10k to 1m in 20 years

Yes, you are correct.

In this case what are the numbers like 101%, 213%, 86%? Definitely not CAGR.

The trading strategy I’ve been implementing on C2, and in my private account for several months, is founded on rigorous backtests. I adopted this approach about a year ago and have diligently tested and traded it since. Despite facing some challenging times, particularly in the Small Caps sector, the strategy has remained resilient and effective.

And by the way, you’re correct about the growth potential of $10,000 over 20 years—it would indeed be significantly higher. SNAFU

I was wondering why I couldn’t find myself on the Leaderboards. Turns out, I had to scale all my positions down.so I reduced them to 10% of the original size. Maybe now I’ll spot my name somewhere!

I updated the technical error. Thanks for the heads up, my friend.

I updated it. You would obviously have much more.

No. The are current backtests.

For those that what to follow along what I do as far as trading, feel free to follow my brand new newsletter The Sean Kelly Trading Edge.
I’m really excited about this project as I have been working on it for a few months.

For all the stock traders out there, this scoring system is a powerful tool that delivers impressive results. While the article focuses on Nasdaq 100 stocks, rest assured, this method can be applied effectively to any stock you choose to trade.

Do you have backtest results that show that this system is “effective” (per article)? What does “effective” mean in the context of article?

Yes, that’s correct. I’m referring to the SK Small Caps system on C2. I’ve backtested it all the way back to 2000, and I’ve also tested it through specific periods like the 08-09 crisis and the 2022 Bear Market. The software I used for this is called Research Wizard from Zacks. After running numerous tests and using the system in my own trading account for a short period, I decided to put it up on C2 to test it independently.

If you’re referring to the Scoring System article, I don’t have backtests available because I don’t currently trade using that method. I wrote the article to assist those who enjoy trading stocks by helping them identify active, promising stocks to trade.
