I want to write a couple auto trading systems but some of the software to do so looks like you need to be a programmer. Since you all work with this software, which is “easy to intermediate” and still has the capacity to do complicated problems with variables of if/then if/when, stop/buy, etc.
I used to do programming 25 years ago so I’m not up to speed 
so I need something that I don’t have to take a week to learn it.
