Why does C2 often crash when the market opens?

It is not able to send order. This is not acceptable.

I was not aware of any problem. I see no crash in this morning’s server logs. Could you email me the “symptoms” of what you experienced? Did you receive an error message on the screen? Did the site just “hang”?



Any details you can provide (what you were trying to do, time, what you saw on your screen, etc.) will help me locate and solve the problem.

I put order to sell IIJI. It just hang on there for around 5 minutes. Later I changed the order.
