Shortly after the opening today all my VXX call options for Smart Volatility Margin and IRA at IB got liquidated and not replaced. Did anybody else have the same problem?

I see what happened here. Due to the the 4:1 reverse stock split on VXX, the option symbology for VXX changed. So C2’s symbols for the VXX options held by your strategies suddenly differed from IB’s symbols, and that is what made the positions disappear.
I have adjusted the option symbols on C2, which means that, hopefully, at market open, positions will re-sync in your account.

Hi Matt, most brokers will not allow one to open a new position in the old (VXX2) options, so I don’t think any new orders on those will fill. Therefore, I’ve closed out all of the old VXX2 options that I can and replaced them with new VXX options - however, now it looks like the new VXX options are not coming through to C2. I’ve just spoken to the helpdesk about it and they are looking into it. Thanks, David.
