OK, I am trying to get a TradeBullet/IB auto-trading connection working, and it does seem to be working. However the “Trade Status” page doesn’t include a TAB with that subscribed vendor system on it. Also, when I go to that subscribed-to system page, the big “AutoTrade” button is still present at the top of the description section-- just like I wasn’t auto-trading it.
Is it that TradeBullet isn’t a Gen2/Gen3 interface, so there is no status or what?
Gen3 AutoTrade features (such as the ability to manage your positions from the Trade Status page, add your own stop losses and profit targets to the system’s signals, etc.) are not available to Gen1 AutoTrade software such as TradeBullet.
You are correct that the AutoTrade button never disappears from the top of a system page, even if you are autotrading the system already. This is bad user interface (UI) design, and I will fix.
