AutoTrade is back online

As of 10:20 AM Eastern this morning, connections have been re-established with our broker partners.



If you were AutoTrading at either OpenECry or optionsXpress, you will need to re-configure your AutoTrade positions to begin trading again. (Pull down the Setup/Modify AutoTrade choice in the AutoTrade menu at the top of this page.)



It may take up to 10 minutes for your account to synchronize. If ten minutes passes and you have not synchronized, see the following information for how to check/re-enable auto-synchronization:

The Open Price, P/L and etc. under AutoTrade->Open Positions doesn’t make sense after the resuming of autotrading.
