Average Profit and Loss Per Unit Traded

I applaud C2 for adding this stat, but ask that they go one step further.

Profit and loss per unit in dollar terms is great for futures and forex where the unit is one contract. But for stocks, saying you make $0.42 per unit is meaningless unless you know the average price of the stock. If it’s $10 then the profit is 4.2 % a trade, pretty good. But if the average price is $100, then the 0.42 % a trade doesn’t look nearly as good.

I’d ask that for stocks the average per unit be in percent terms instead of dollar terms.
