C2 fees for forex auto trade

I want to autotrade forex at Interactive Brokers. But I need to know how c2 charges for this service, so I can determine if it has a chance of being profitable?

According to this page:

http://www.collective2.com/about-autotrade

you can only trade Forex at IB with a Gen 1 program. Here are the fees associated with our Gen 1 autotrading product, Trader68:

You are able to AutoTrade at IB using the $99 per month Gen3 license. I’ll contact you via email.

Sorry if we posted incorrect information, but the footnote seemed pretty clear that FX was not available for Gen3 with IB:

Interactive Brokers. USA Customers who want to use Gen3 AutoTrade technology can trade futures only. If you are a USA customer and want to trade other instrument classes, you can use Gen1 AutoTrade technology to trade stocks, futures, and forex through Interactive Brokers. Non-USA customers can use Gen3 technology to trade stocks, options, and futures through Interactive Brokers.

I would recommend you update this text if FX can in fact be autotraded at IB with Gen3 as you indicated.

Hi Melissa, can you contact me as soon as possible…last year I signed some paperwork for the pilot autotrade program (stock trading) but was not aware of the IB FIX/CTCI fees. I was charged $500 for initial setup and $100 ever since each month. I never signed up for the program yet I was charged. Please help! Thanks.

The fees mentioned in the post are not part of the AutoTrading arrangement C2 has with IB. We have learned that this particular account was not setup correctly at IB. IB is looking into this as it was a configuration issue on their end and will be contacting customer once they have straightened things out with their back office.
