C2 links on website missing info

I put the C2 link on my site and the following info is missing or inoperable: the subscriber button doesn’t show how much it costs to subscribe; the charts do not update; and the closing price, risk, and P/L do not appear in the trade results. This info appears under my login but not available to anyone else that clicks on the link.
