Fill Delay Problem this morning (Jan 26 2015)

Hi, C2 Members:

We had a problem this morning and our servers did not fill hypothetical Model Account trades in a timely manner. The problem is now solved.

Things you should know:

  1. Systems with AutoTraders were not affected. The problem affected only systems without AutoTraders.

  2. Limit and Stop orders that were filled “late” will use the correct prices. I.E. Even though the C2 servers recognized the fill late, the historically correct price will be used.

  3. Market orders that were filled late may need to have their execution price corrected. We’ll try to proactively correct these, but to expedite, please bring to our attention via trouble ticket or sending email to help@collective2.com.

I’m very sorry for this problem and the inconvenience it caused.
