How do I address hanging positions?
I am autotrading a system call tradewerks - it open a long position of CAD/JPY - tradewerks live brokerage trade data is not showing me as having opened a position however my fxcm acct did open it.
Now tradewerks has closed the position but I cannot close my position - it also never showed up in C2 in open positions but fxcm is still showing it as open. I also made another test system, set up autotrade and opened a short CAD/JPY however that never went through … assistance would be appreciated before the currency pair tanks.[LINKSYSTEM_72452857]
ok so i called the broker and had them override it… lucky I was able to spot it by logging into my broker acct at the same time and not relying on C2 open position listing only.
I had the same problem. What is going on? Is this a problem with MB Trading or C2 auto-trading going crazy?
The numbers or the times below don’t match for some. It was working fine before 1/7.
