I am trying to get clarification. If i have an account with 1000 in it and the strat account the strat owner has has 10000 in it, is there a way for the auto trade To make those stock trades fractional so it will be proportional? For example he buys 1 share of xyz for 100 Dollars and then it would be on my account buying a 10 dollars of xyz

In general, scaling works by position size. If the Strategy opened 100 shares, and you scaled at 10%, you would open 10 shares.
We do not support fractional shares, however. In your example, you would not participate, since you cannot buy less than 1 share.
