A few months ago Ive created a strategy with starter plan which allows $10K account, Ive abandoned it few days later. Today Ive bought the basic plan to create a new strategy with $50K capital however I cant create a new strategy because it says I can only manage one strategy. How do I delete the old one with $10K capital? if I reset it (which requires another payment) it says it will be reset to $10K capital but the reason Ive upgraded to basic plan in the first place was to make one with $50K capital so resetting is useless and I cant delete it :))Whats the logic behind? how do i simply delete it? or at least reset the capital to $50K? !?
And a second question, Ive checked the new web trader and seems nice however still no real time data feed? whats with the 20 minutes delay? looks so unprofessional
