How to report error price on open positions?

I saw the price for my trade today was marked with wrong price:

BTC 2,705 UNG at market Filled: 5.76 at 1/27/12 11:09 ET



the right price should be 5.57. How to report the error?



btw, I reported error prices for a closed transaction in Oct. how to follow up the response from C2?

I looked at the trade. Because you have a real AutoTrader, we are required to display the actual price the trader received in his real-life account. So the price displayed in this case is correct.

1. “the price displayed in this case is correct”. I checked the minute trade chart and the price at 11:09 is 5.57. So is the price in the trade signal email automatically generated by your system. But the price displayed is 5.76.

What I saw was different from the image in that page. There is no little “ticket” icon next to each trade in the Recent trade signals. They only exist in the Recently Closed Trades sections. That’s why I asked so as in the title.



3. Did you miss my last question – how to follow up the status of reported ticket on wrong prices?
