Don’t know any better way to reach you - as I recall, the email given on Contact web page wasn’t going to you at all.



Could you please correct the fill today, STO trade for ticker RSTI at 13:32, which says $61.77? The price wasn’t anywhere near that - somewhere between $62.11 and 61.92. My IB display was printing $61.99.

Here’s how to report fill problems:



How to use the Report Problem function:



1) Log in to your C2 account.



2) Go to the trading system in question.



3) Immediately above the trade details, you’ll see an area that says: “What this page displays.” Make sure you turn on: "Report problem links."



4) Now, every executed trade (or unexecuted pending signal) will display a little green question mark. Click the question mark to report a problem with a fill.
