This is the second day that the C2’s software incorrectly assigns my vertical debit spreads a margin requirement. It is not allowing me to allocate my capital efficiently. Could you please see that it gets fixed. Thank you.

I’ve just closed the offending side (the short leg of the spread) a moment ago. Strange that it is still doing that after you said you yesterday you were looking into it.

Not only was I looking into it… I went to sleep last night confident that I had fixed the problem, and that debit spread margins were now calculated correctly. I will need to continue looking into this.
