did anybody else have trouble with the WSS_Gold system trading the february GC contract at Interactive Brokers?

At IB the last trading day for a long gold February contract was Tuesday as it is for the majority of brokers, so the long February order of WSS_Gold100oz today could not get filled at IB.



Please contact the vendor and request that he rolls over the position in a more timely manner since most of his subscribers were not filled for that trade

i contacted WSS directly. twice, in fact. first to let them know of the immediate problem (ie still trading the feb contract), and the second time was to give them IB’s deadlines for contract expiration. no response what so ever from WSS_Gold
