Two of my last 3 trades have moved through the limit price and there was no fill. I filled out a trouble ticket last week for the first with no response . This morning a second trade has passed through the limit and is still open and another trouble ticket filled.
The system is âHigh Win % / Low Risk.â
The trades 8/9/10, Sell QSIU0 and today Buy QHGU0.
Could someone please check for a problem so this will not happen in the future.
We’re looking into this right now. There appears to be a problem with our data provider. Working on resolving. More soon.
